Collagen

Project for implementing autonomous tree-wide collision detection and provided files database SoC project.

Successfully implementing this project would mean that we could discover problems with ebuild DEPEND restrictions faster, we could offer listing of every package in the tree and maybe emerge could inform about approximate size of package after installation.
All of this with certain limits (especially precision because of USE flags, ARCHs, CFLAGS and similar stuff)
